Refund £18 to Ashvale for Mixed Pairs.
Weekly signing sheets: Please carry on using these old ones that I have modified.
There are enough for every game. Agreed
There have been suggestions about sending a photo
of the result sheet on Whatsapp. This will be okay if
picture is clear. Sheet must still be posted. Agreed
New teams: None have asked to join but we could take one more team
up to 3/4 weeks after we start because of postponed games
weeks. Agreed
Presentations: 2017-18 and 2018-19.
I need suggestions as I am stumped about where we can
have these. I don’t know any halls with a bar that are free.
We still have the option of doing them at Ashvale but on a
Tuesday.
Sally offered the Surprise pub for both presentations.
2017-18 on 7th Sept. 2018-19 on 2nd Nov. Agreed
Next meeting: 28th July at Shaftesbury Club. All monies to be paid.
AOB: AC and SE paid their League Fees
All at meeting agreed to paying £3 per person as ticket money for
presentations. (We did this in the past.)
